How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Attemptedheart Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Attemptedheart Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or incorrect
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider and keep notes in writing.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Attemptedheart Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@attemptedheart.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
