Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Attemptedheart Tree Service wants all visitors to be able to use attemptedheart.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@attemptedheart.garden and we will do our part to assist you.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@attemptedheart.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
